Exhibit FAQ
- The cost to attend is free; donations are welcome.
- The tour is about an hour long.
- Tours are given in English or Russian. Contact us for other languages.
- A new tour can start every half hour, because the trailer is divided into two sections.
- The host church provides tour guides who have completed the training course.
- Two people travel with the Bible Truck to open and close the exhibit and help with organizational questions.
Registration & lobby setup
Registration is necessary. Guided tours only.
- We need a local person in charge of registering visitors for tours. Send us their name and contact details so we can post them online.
- An area in the church lobby or foyer for the “Big Bible” exhibit, where each tour starts, and an area for the photo booth.
- Optional: space for the planetarium and a bounce house.
Technical requirements
- The trailer is 53 feet long and 9 feet wide. Two step ladders for the entrance and exit add another 3 feet.
- Placement is different for every church parking lot. Power, walking distance and available space all affect where the trailer goes.
- The exhibit runs on electric or generator power. Electric is preferred.
- Power needs a 50 amp RV outlet: 240V input and a 50 amp breaker. The cable is 150 ft long.
- All other technical setup is handled by the staff traveling with the exhibit.
